The death has occurred of Liam Hughes, 49 Woodlawn Park, Borris, Co Carlow.

Liam passed away peacefully today, 12th June 2023, after a bravely fought illness. Predeceased by his loving wife Kathleen. Deeply regretted by his daughters Anne-Marie and Catherine, his sons-in-law Adrian and Ronan, his three grand-daughters Emma, Leona and Hannah, sisters Kathleen, Lizzie, Margaret and Patricia, brothers-in-law John, John, Tom, Andy, Walter and Sonnie, nieces and nephews and many friends.

Reposing at Joyce’s Funeral Home, Borris, from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm on Tuesday, 13th June 2023. Funeral will arrive at The Sacred Heart Church, Borris, for Requiem Mass at 12:00 noon on Wednesday, 14th June 2023, followed by interment afterwards in the Sacred Heart Cemetery.
