The death has occurred of Frank Hynes, Cournellan, Borris, Co Carlow.

Frank died peacefully on 13th October 2026 in the care of St Luke’s Hospital, Kilkenny. Sadly missed by his loving wife Kathleen. Predeceased by his parents Peter and Alice, his brothers and sisters John, Mick, Bridget, May, Kathleen, Alice, Peter, Willie, Pat and Martin. Deeply regretted by his wife and brothers Joe, Jim, Christy, Eamonn, Kevin and Ollie, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, many friends and kind neighbours.

Reposing at Joyce’s Funeral Home, Borris, on Thursday 15th October 2026 from 4:00 pm concluding with prayers at 8:00 pm. Removal from his home on Friday morning, 16th October 2026, to arrive at the Sacred Heart Church, Borris (R95 H336) at 12:00 noon for Funeral Mass, followed by interment in Ballymurphy Cemetery (R95 HR28).
