The death has occurred of Larry Ellard, Killinane, Bagenalstown, Co Carlow / Woodlawn Park, Borris, Co Carlow.

Larry passed away peacefully, after a long illness, on 13th May 2026, surrounded by his loving family, at St Luke’s Hospital, Kilkenny. Beloved father of Laura, Rachael and Darren, and cherished grandfather of Rian. Larry will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by his mother Mary, brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, relatives and a wide circle of friends.

Reposing at Cushen’s Funeral Home, Kilcarrig Street, Bagenalstown (R21 V127) on Saturday, 16th May 2026, from 11:00 am until 2:00 pm. As per Larry’s wishes, interment will take place in Wells Cemetery, Royal Oak, immediately after the wake. All are most welcome to attend.
