The death has occurred of John Patrick Nolan, Coolnamara, Borris, Co Carlow / Clontarf, Co Dublin.
John Patrick Nolan, formerly of Coolnamara, Clontarf and RCNU, died peacefully on 14th September 2026 in his 85th year surrounded by his loving family and in the wonderful care of the staff at Raheny Community Nursing Unit (RCNU).
Predeceased by his brothers Tom, Michael, Oliver and Robbie. Deeply regretted and sadly missed by his son Conor (Swords), daughter-in-law Sharon, grandchildren Cian and Marc, his sisters Birdie, Anna and Nancy, his relatives, friends, RCNU staff and all who knew him.
The family would like to say a special thank you to the staff at Raheny Community Nursing Unit (RCNU), particularly those attached to the Bracken Ward, for their wonderful care and kindness shown to John.
Rest in Peace
John will be reposing at Joyce’s Funeral Home, Borris, Co Carlow, R95 DV76, on Thursday, 17th September 2026, from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
Requiem Mass will take place on Friday, 18th September 2026, at 11:00 a.m. in the Sacred Heart Church, Borris, followed by interment afterwards in St Mullins Cemetery, Co Carlow.
