The death has occurred of Brigid Doran (née Doyle), Moycullen, Ballymurphy, Borris, Co Carlow.

Brigid passed away peacefully at home, in her 98th year, surrounded by her devoted family, on Tuesday, 12th September 2023. Beloved wife of the late Jim. Dear mother of Willie, Marty, Mina, Lily (Brennan), Kathleen (Ahern), Breda (Cunningham), Eileen (Kavanagh) and Patricia (Clancy). Daughters-in-law Catherine and Roseann, sons-in-law Jim, Michael, Vincent, Hugh and Sean. Her much loved 19 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren, nephews, nieces, relatives, good neighbours and many friends. Predeceased by her sister Mary O’Dwyer and brothers John, Alec and Larry.

Rest in Peace

Reposing at her residence R95 N2K4 from 12:00 noon on Thursday, 14th September 2023, pausing for The Rosary at 8:00 pm.

Brigid’s funeral will arrive at St Patrick’s Church, Ballymurphy, for Funeral Mass at 12:00 noon on Friday, 15th September 2023. Interment immediately afterwards in the adjoining graveyard.
