The death has occurred of Michael O’Keeffe, Roscrea, Tipperary / Borris Lodge Nursing Home, Borris, Co Carlow.

Michael (Mick) O’Keeffe, formerly of Cluain Ard, Limerick Road, Roscrea, Co Tipperary, died peacefully in St Luke’s Hospital, Kilkenny, on the 18th October 2025, in his 94th year, surrounded by his loving family. Previously in the wonderful care of Joanna, Kathleen and all the staff of Borris Lodge Nursing Home, Borris, Co Carlow. Pre-deceased by his wife Peg, sons Michel and Denis.

Sadly missed by his loving family, daughters Aileen and Edel, sons Jimmy, Liam, Martin, Darragh and Conrad, son-in-law Kieron, and Conrad’s partner Martin, daughters-in-law Mary, Helen, Mairead, Anabel and Hayley, grand-children, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Extended family, relatives, friends and neighbours.

Reposing at Joyce’s Funeral Home, R95 DV76, Borris, Co Carlow, on Tuesday 21st October 2025 from 4:00 to 6:00pm.

Michael’s Requiem Mass will take place on Wednesday 22nd October 2025 at 12:00 noon in St Cronan’s Church, E53 PK82, Roscrea, Co Tipperary, followed by interment immediately afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
