The death has occurred of James (Jim) Kearns, Scortreen, Borris, Co Carlow / Camolin, Co Wexford.

Jim, formerly of London and Glen Lane, Camolin, Co Wexford, died peacefully in his 92nd year at home on Sunday 15th June 2025 surrounded by his loving and heartbroken family. Beloved husband of Margaret and much loved father of George, Helen, James and Gerard, son-in-law Michael David, daughters-in-law Audrey, Mags and Emma as well as his 11 grandchildren and his great- grandchildren. Much missed by his sister Anne (Clonmel) and his many relatives and friends.

Reposing at Joyce’s Funeral Home, Main Street, Borris on Monday 16th June 2025 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm and on Tuesday 17th June from 2:30pm to 5:30 pm. Family only from 5:30 pm please.

Removal to St. Fortchern’s Church, Rathanna, (on Tuesday) arriving at 6:30 pm for reception prayers. Requiem Mass in Rathanna Church on Wednesday, 18th June at 11:00 am followed by interment in the adjoining cemetery.
