The death has occurred of Josephine (Josie) McAteer, Killedmond, Borris, Co Carlow / Dublin / Kildallan, Cavan / Fanad, Donegal

Late of Borris Lodge Nursing Home. Josie passed away peacefully on Saturday, 27th August 2022. Pre-deceased by her husband James (Jimmy) McAteer.

Loving mother to Gerry, Mary, Aine, Patrick, Maggie, Helena, Breda, Ita, Seamus, Barbara and Jenny. Cherished grandmother and great-grandmother. Much loved by daughter-in-law and sons-in-law, extended family and many friends.

Rest In Peace

Reposing at Joyce’s Funeral Home, Borris, on Thursday, 1st September 2022, from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Requiem Mass in St Fortchern’s Church, Rathanna, on Friday, 2nd September 2022, at 2:00 pm, followed by interment immediately afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
